Azuki’s Kitchen Butaman, Japanese Pork and Veggie Buns are made with Non-GMO, natural ingredients, and pasture-raised meats. Our Butaman (Buta means pork, and Man means buns in Japanese) is a steamed bun made with Non-GMO wheat flour and seasoned pasture-raised ground pork and Organic/Non-GMO vegetable filling.
Each package comes with two pieces and a homemade lemon soy sauce with freshly squeezed organic lemon for dipping.

They are freshly delivered to our kitchen directly from the local organic markets every week. Our chef carefully cooks them so the health benefits from the fresh ingredients won’t be lost. Our chef, Miki, was also a Nutrition Scientist. She knows how to make meals in a good nutrition balance and maximize the taste and flavors of them.
The owner, Miki, has Master’s degree in Food Science, a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition Science, and a Culinary degree in Japan. She also grew up in the traditional Japanese family, where she learned Kaiseki and Shojin cuisine from her grandmother who was a Buddhist monk. Kaiseki cuisine incorporates various aspects of traditional Japanese culture and tea ceremony. Shojin cuisine/Shojin Ryori is a Japanese Buddhist cuisine which is a complete vegetarian or vegan meal. Miki is very excited to introduce you to her own fusion foods based on all her knowledge and skills.
